I am not unique...

Working parent advocate, serial workaholic, life/work balance in progress, a little bit sweet and a little bit salty, finding peace in my journey.

My story is not unique. In this photo, I am spending quality time with my daughter in NYC. She snapped this picture when I wasn't paying attention. I am in my head thinking about the software deal I need to close by the end of the quarter and all that needs to happen to get it there. Not being present in the moment.

I am you in so many ways. Balancing our lives between work and life has been my journey since I was 15. Without a college degree, I've had the privilege of working for myself, a start-up, and one of the world's largest software companies- and the struggle remains the same.

From heels to tennis shoes...I was always running!

I've been blessed to find true love and to have expanded my family in doing so. My life is whole. You will find me enjoying my family, friends, the mountains, amazing cocktails, and peace. Singing, hiking, yoga, and reflection drive my daily life.
